Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

  1. Acceptance. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
  2. Informational use only. This site provides general information about California lemon law. It is attorney advertising and is not legal advice.
  3. No attorney-client relationship. Using this site, submitting a form, or contacting the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, which is formed only by a signed written engagement.
  4. No guarantee of results. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every matter depends on its own facts.
  5. Your submissions. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this site until an engagement agreement is in place. Submissions are handled under our Privacy Policy.
  6. Third-party content and links. Recall and complaint information is sourced from NHTSA and provided “as is”; it may not be current or complete. Links to third-party sites are for convenience, are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for their content.
  7. Intellectual property. Site content is owned by the Firm and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  8. Disclaimer of warranties. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
  10. Indemnification. You agree to hold the Firm harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site.
  11. Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically in connection with your inquiry.
  12. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the consumer rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and the Firm waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. This provision does not apply to any attorney-client relationship, which is governed by your separate signed engagement agreement.
  13. Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
  14. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
  15. Severability; entire agreement; no waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the site, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
